 Kabul, July 22: At least two children were killed in an IED blast that rocked Kabul city of Afghanistan on Sunday, media reports said.
According to reports, the explosion occurred in Lab-e-Jar area of the Afghanistan capital and left one more person injured.
A Kabul police spokesman told Tolo News the incident and said the children, one boy and two girls, were siblings and had been between nine and 12 years old.
The police told the local media that the children found the explosive in a garbage can.
The explosive detonated once they picked it up.
