New Delhi, Dec 27 (ANI): North Korea's neighbor South Korea on Tuesday said that North Korea is likely to hold talks in the year 2018 regarding its submission of Nukes. The statement was made by South Korea's Unification Ministry, however, no reason or evidence was provided by the country. Earlier, North Korea termed the fresh sanctions by UN as "An act of war."North Korea also warned that countries supporting UN resolution will pay heavy price for this. more
