Kabul: At least four people were killed and eight others were hurt in a roadside bomb blast in Afghanistan's Khost province on Tuesday, media reports said.
The blast took place shortly after noon in front of an Afghan National Army (ANA) patrol vehicle the Yaqubi town of Sabari district, reports Pajhwok Afghan News agency.
A security source, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Pajhwok Afghan News that four people, including an ANA lieutenant, were killed and seven others, including an ANA soldier, were injured in the blast.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
