Kabul: At least two children were killed in an Improvised Explosive Device blast in northern Balkh province of Afghanistan on Monday, media reports said.
The 209th Shaheen Corps in a statement said an Improvised Explosive Device planted by enemies went off in Chahabar Bolak district killing two children, reported Khaama Press.
The blast hit the Khanabad area of the district.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
