Position Purpose

A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. The Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for the identification and relationship management of partners who are critical to the relief work.

This is a short-term assignment for approximately 4 weeks. Needed ASAP.

Essential Functions

• Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and Development teams to create professional proposals for donors and external stakeholders
• Facilitate coordination between Operations and Development teams to highlight development opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Support the program team in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships across non-profit, public, and private stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness and report as needed peer organization activity, funding structures, and local community leadership within the disaster landscape.
• Monitor the accurate internal tracking of all partner contacts in Salesforce and Google Drive.
• Research/develop contacts and ideas that build the overall capacity of All Hands and Hearts within Turkiye
• Support the Marketing and program teams in coordinating on-program media outreach and public relations opportunities.
• We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers. Therefore, we require all staff members working in in-person environments (including program staff, office staff, team meetings and program visits) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received all recommended Covid-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.

Position Requirements

• Education Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Related Experience Experience with volunteered related non-profit organizations or All Hands and Hearts a plus.
• Special Competencies/Certifications Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately.
