State of Health Bangladesh: 21 people die due to coronavirus in past 24 hours

Dhaka:Bangladesh registered 21 fresh deaths due to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, media reports said on Sunday.
The new deaths due to the virus now made the death toll touch 27,414.
The COVID-19 caseload rose to 1,551,350 as 980 people tested positive for the disease in the 24 hours to 8 am on Sunday, according to the latest government data, reports bdnews24.
Dhaka registered the most daily deaths and new cases among the eight divisions, logging 10 fatalities and 668 infections, the news portal reported.
During the past 24 hours, 1,312 people recovered from the illness.
