State of Health Bangladesh registers 1267 new COVID-19 cases, 25 new deaths

Dhaka: Bangladesh has registered 1267 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours,media reports said on Saturday.
The country has recorded 499,560 COVID-19 cases so far.
The death toll climbed to 7,242 after 25 fatalities were registered in the 24 hours to 8 am Saturday, according to data released by the government, reports bdnews24.
The number of fresh recoveries outpaced active cases in the same period as another 1,987 patients recovered from the illness through treatment at home and in hospital care, bringing the total to 435,601, the news portal reported.
