Title: Individual operational experts to SMEs

The EBRD delivers between 100-180 advisory projects using international experts directly to SMEs in 29 of EBRD’s countries. The EBRD is seeking up to 24 Project Managers to design and deliver these projects. Project Managers should have a strong executive/ consulting experience (C-suite) in a range of manufacturing, services and retail sectors

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful advice to fast growing SMEs in a variety of different situations. Projects last up to 18 months and typically deliver a suite of solutions to be implemented during the project’s duration, including operational improvements, market development plans, technical improvements as well as a growing focus on environmental, social, governance and digital solutions.
