Iran Launches Two Ballistic Missiles At Israel
The Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen claimed to have launched two ballistic missiles at Israel on Saturday in coordination with Iran, targeting “sensitive Israeli enemy targets” in the Tel Aviv area, media reports said.
As per media reports, at least 10 people were dead while 200 were injured in Iranian barrages.
However, military officials told The Times of Israel that the IDF is not aware of any ballistic missile fire from Yemen in the previous 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Israel's emergency service said four people have been confirmed dead at the site of the strike in central Israel, BBC reported.
A missile launched by the Houthis on Friday hit a Palestinian town in the West Bank, wounding several people.
The group did not take responsibility for the launch.
Meanwhile, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said it completed an extensive series of strikes on targets in Tehran related to the Iranian regime’s nuclear weapons project.
The targets included the Iranian Ministry of Defense headquarters, the headquarters of the SPND nuclear project, and additional targets, it said.
