WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO…

The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative (also known as "hulo") is the first humanitarian cooperative that connects stakeholders and pools resources to optimize logistics and the supply chain. The members of hulo are ACTED, Action Against Hunger, BIOPORT, the French Red Cross, Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion, Intersos, Médecins du Monde, Oxfam Intermón, Plan International, Première Urgence International, and Solidarités International.

Its objective is to increase the impact of humanitarian aid by strengthening links and solidarity between humanitarian logistics actors and improving performance through the pooling of logistics resources and expertise. and supply chain.

Hulo was created in June 2021, and today its permanent team is made up of around twenty people, spread across 6 countries (our headquarters in Montreuil, and 5 operational countries). We anticipate significant growth in the coming months as has been the case since the launch of the Cooperative. We work dynamically to grow this Cooperative and its impact, with daily challenges around innovation, structuring and continuous improvement of our activity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the IS Projects Department, you will join the Integration & Deployment of digital solutions division. The department is made up of around twenty people (internal resources and service providers) with varied expertise (Web Project Managers, Analysts, Technical Manager, UI-UX Design Coordinator, Back and Front Developers, etc.), in charge of designing, deploying and maintain the applications made available to humanitarian actors. Currently, the IS teams are working on 3 projects: “ Shared Resources ” (app for exchanging services between NGOs), “ Transport ” (web platform for shared transport management), and “ Link ” ( supply chain management solutionhumanitarian organizations). In order to optimize the deployment of these tools and their use by organizations, the IS department is creating an Integration and Deployment Center for digital solutions.

Under the direction of the Information Systems Coordinator, and in continuous coordination with all of the IS Project teams and other departments of the Cooperative, your missions will be:

Mission 1: Manage the integration and deployment of hulo digital tools division

• With the support of the IS Program Manager and in line with the development strategy of the Cooperative, define the strategy of the integration and deployment center in order to optimize the use of the hulo digital platform by member and partner organizations
• Integrate into this analysis all the determinants and objectives of the cooperative, in particular the issues of multi-partner governance, communication, institutional reporting and the progressive development of a hulo service offering.
• Identify the necessary resources and an appropriate organization, define monitoring indicators, steering bodies and reporting tools
• Organize the recruitment and onboarding of team members
• Manage the activity of the integration and deployment of hulo digital tools division

Mission 2: Support the functional design of solutions

• Provide functional expertise to IS project teams, in particular for the design of the Link V2 solution
• Lead the consultation of target organizations to ensure that expectations are covered and raise potentially unmet needs
• Identify specific needs related to hulo operational activities (“joint initiatives”) and support the integration of these needs into solutions

Mission 3: Manage the design of the support service offering for organizations

• Identify the needs of organizations to ensure the successful integration and deployment of digital tools, from first information to use
• Define the support process and the services offered at each stage
• Design the necessary tools and ensure their dissemination
• Gradually develop service packages covering different cases, making it possible to optimize the integration of new organizations and the scaling of the digital platform

Mission 4: Manage communication and develop the network of “prospect” partners

• In coordination with the Communication Department and DG hulo, define the communication plan to involve partners, provide information on hulo digital tools and reach new organizations
• Regularly carry out communications providing information on available and future tools
• Represent the cooperative on forums and events, carry out visits to areas of intervention to develop the network of partners
• Develop monitoring through the network of partners and the humanitarian ecosystem to capture interests and future needs

Mission 5: Manage the integration of Link V2 in new organizations

• Manage the implementation of the integration partnership between the Cooperative and each new organization wishing to use the Link solution
• Support organizations in carrying out preparatory studies, analyzing processes and gaps with the target solution
• In coordination with the design team, identify the actions to be carried out (configuration, interfaces) and the integration schedule
• Support organizations in getting started with the application, preparing for deployment and managing change
• Take stock of deployments, regularly evaluate user satisfaction and capitalize on feedback in a process of continuous improvement

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a BAC+5 diploma in Logistics or Project Management and at least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management and activity coordination and 3 years of experience in humanitarian organizations
• Knowledge of the humanitarian ecosystem as well as a proven capacity to organize, mobilize and coordinate actors with different profiles are essential.
• Experience in software package integration is a real asset.

HULO WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

A salaried position

• Position based in Montreuil with the possibility of working remotely
• 12-month renewable fixed-term contract
• Salary conditions:

1. Annual gross salary: depending on the candidate's experience
2. 21 days of RTT per year
3. Mutual insurance covered at 80% by hulo

• Transport: 50% of the fixed cost of commuting is covered
• Restaurant tickets: face value of €8, covered at 60% by hulo
• Specific conditions and skills: prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts
