Moscow (Sputnik/UNI): The Pentagon is looking into reports about North Korean missile launches, but cannot confirm them yet, the department's spokesperson told Sputnik on Saturday.
Earlier in the day, Japanese news agency Kyodo reported, citing the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff, that North Korea had conducted a test launch of a short-range missile at 00.06 GMT.
"We aren’t able to confirm anything at the moment, we are looking into it," the spokesperson said.
