New York (USA), Dec 111 (ANI): New York Mayor, Bill de Blasio, said that Monday's explosion was an 'attempted terrorist attack'. He added that the terrorists target the city because they want to undermine the spirit of brotherhood among people of different backgrounds and faiths. "This was an attempted terrorist attack.
