We are looking for a TECHNICAL ADVISOR

To join our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team.

Are you skilled in providing administrative and capacity-building support to organizations, such as drafting proposals and reports for donors? Up for a challenge? Would you be excited to assist our teams in the field to better measure the results of their work and continue improving the social impact?

• You have some experience in NGOs compiling data, writing qualitative reports, supporting research and proposal writing
• You are a dynamic team player who is passionate about supporting and training others
• You are very well organized and you enjoy coordinating others and facilitating trainings, meetings and procedures in a participatory style
• You are comfortable working with external stakeholders such as donor agencies, government, NGO partners
• You have a strong commitment to work on building futures for children, youth their families and their communities
• You have excellent skills in writing and speaking English, as well as superb computer skills

We are revamping an entire MEL system for all Friends Alliance programs and we are looking for someone to provide direct support on this to Mith Samlanh. You will be working with Mith Samlanh management team on developing and rolling out the right processes, tools and procedures to ensure they have the information that is needed, and its accuracy and consistency with other Friends programs. You will also be supporting the Mith Samlanh team to conduct assessments and evaluations aiming to find new learnings and helping to share those with other programs and partners. Besides supporting the new strategic directions, you’ll also be assisting the program’s teams in maintaining their day to day MEL operations. We would like you to work closely with our teams on the field and provide training and support so that they can manage their system properly and reduce their admin work headaches. You’ll be involved in topics related to child protection, drugs/HIV, education, alternative care, employment and many others together with more than 400 #EverdayHeroes in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Indonesia and Myanmar!
