The Terre des hommes Foundation (Tdh) is the largest Swiss organization defending children's rights. In 2022, we supported 2.6 million children and members of their communities around the world, focusing our efforts on maternal and child health, children and young people in situations of migration and access to justice. Context:

Within the DII department (Directorate of Innovation and ICT), and the ICT4D and Data Science team, the Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing data and producing insights for the account. of the Communication and Fundraising Department, in order to improve the effectiveness of activities carried out with different segments of donors (reduction of costs and increase in revenue). He/she will have the task of supporting the Direct Marketing, Individual Donors and Business Development sectors in order to optimize the requests from the different segments and to strengthen the impact of the various acquisition and loyalty activities. He/She intervenes in the donor cycle and monitors the performance of campaigns and tests. The relevance and quality of its data analyzes represent decision-making support for the teams and management of the department concerned.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect and understand the data needs of fundraising teams.
• Write SQL and Python queries to filter, clean, transform and aggregate data from different sources to perform the requested analyses.
• Create predictive models and ML/AI models (direct marketing donor targeting model, forecasting fundraising volumes, donor journey, etc.) to improve the performance and efficiency of the organization's marketing activities.
• Present the results of your analyzes clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of analysis processes and be a source of proposals to marketing teams in order to identify new development opportunities
• Participate in the implementation of marketing tests, the development of new products and offers through specific detailed analyses.
• Be a source of proposals, in order to identify new development opportunities, evaluate different improvement solutions and recommend the best option by analyzing the risks and opportunities.

Profile:

Formation:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics or equivalent training
• Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, ideally in an e-commerce or marketing world. Understanding of the humanitarian context is a big plus.
• Mastery of SQL, Python, Excel and PowerBi technologies
• Comfortable with Cloud environments including Azure and DataBricks
• Good knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Dynamics in particular

• Excellent analytical skills, from data collection to communication of results through statistical modeling.

Languages: French and English, very good command, both oral and written

IT: Perfect mastery of Microsoft tools

Conditions offered :

• Remuneration?: Between CHF 6,215 and CHF 7,685 x13.36 and CHF gross/month - depending on experience
• Leave?: 25 days/year
• Teleworking: 2 days/week
