OUR ASSOCIATION

Asmae is an independent and secular association recognized as being of public utility. It was created in 1980 by Sister Emmanuelle to provide protection and education to the most vulnerable children in the world.

Present in 8 countries: Egypt, Lebanon, India, Philippines, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and France. Asmae supports local actors while also acting on an institutional scale.

The Asmae-Association Sœur Emmanuelle teams, in France and internationally, continue the action of their founder while respecting her values and methods: listening and proximity, pragmatism, taking into account differences, professionalism and reciprocity.

THE MISSION

The private and public partnerships manager contributes to the diversification and increase of Asmae's sources of financing from companies, foundations and major donors by implementing prospecting, loyalty and partnership management actions. In addition to this mission, the public and private partnerships manager supports the Action International division in the development of its relationships with institutional donors.

THE POST

• Loyalty, animation and management of relationships with our partners.
• Prospecting.
• Participation in the activities of the patronage and philanthropy department.
• Support for the Action International division.

THE REQUIRED PROFILE

Experience / Training

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in NGO, fundraising sponsorship, development.
• Business school/Science Po training.

Skills/Knowledge

• Interest/knowledge of the humanitarian sector.
• Mastery of corporate sponsorship.
• Monitoring and analysis of budgets.
• Oral written English essential.
• Organization, Rigor.
• Very good interpersonal skills, adaptability.
• Teamwork, Good communication.

PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS

Contract: Permanent contract.

Start date: October 16, 2023.

Status: Employee.

Salary: 29K to 33K

Social Benefits: Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €9 (of which 60% covered by Asmae), reimbursement of 50% of subscriptions to the public transport network. Workplace: position based in Montreuil (93) / teleworking (up to 3 days according to Charter).
