PROGRAM: WellCheck Program

JOB GRADE: Manager

REPORTING TO: Head Of Health Services

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Regular (Open-ended)

DOMAIN: Technical

LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for driving WellCheck Program business growth and developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and market opportunities. In addition, s/he will be responsible for developing growth, sales projections, and revenue forecasts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

• Develop and implement the business plan.
• Monitor progress/ outcomes using a performance management structure.
• Identify and target clients for enhancing WellCheck Scope.
• Introduce new customized packages for the target audience.
• Networking/relationship and brand building for corporate and educational institutes, etc.
• Trust Building with Clients and ensuring quality services are provided.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Analyse data and outcomes and present reports/findings based on performance indicators.
• Maintain and monitor client feedback.
• Keep abreast with national and international regulatory requirements for health and wellness checks.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

• Masters in Marketing & Communication

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
