YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Logistics and Information Systems department and under the supervision of the IT Director, your missions will be as follows:

• You will support the project management by ensuring the collection and formalization of business functional needs.
• You will have to carry out preliminary feasibility studies and associated scenarios.
• You will have to take charge of project management by developing general and detailed technical specifications and by evaluating the means to be implemented.
• You will also be responsible, among other things, for planning stages as well as risk management.
• You will manage the technical relationship with service providers and ensure proper compliance with the purchasing framework (contracts, payments, planning).
• You will regularly report progress to the Sponsor and the steering committee.
• You will need to guarantee the sustainability of the solutions and capitalization. This will involve the organization of maintenance as well as user support.
• You will participate in the coherence of the information system in terms of repository, rules, approaches, methodology, processes, etc.
• You will coherently evolve the functional architecture of the IS by guaranteeing in particular the interoperability of the IS. You will have to master the interfaces between applications, avoiding redundancy.
• You will also provide advice and expertise on repositories. And you will support the professions as part of the formalization of processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Coming from higher education such as an engineering diploma or university training (Master's level) in management IT (like MIAGE, Information Systems),
• You have at least 3 years' experience on major IS projects.
• Knowledge and experience of an ERP is desirable as well as experience with TalentSoft and Nibelis solutions.
• You know how to manage relationships with service providers and demonstrate flexibility in your relationships with your internal and external customers.
• You are recognized for your organizational and project monitoring skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Your human qualities allow you to assert your point of view while remaining educational, you have the capacity to create commitment around a common cause.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Status: Integrated Manager - Permanent contract - Full time
• Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Salary Conditions:

• From 44K to 60KEUR gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
• 21 days of RTT
• Health coverage, welfare: Covered at 80 % by ACF
