YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the responsibility of the management control manager, your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure and optimize the management of headquarters within their scope Advise Directors and department managers on budget construction and cost monitoring Manage the cost recovery of these costs
• Optimize cost coverage within the framework of ACF's new economic model through different financing
• Guarantee compliance and development of the management framework Guarantee compliance with the management framework,
• Propose and optimize rules and procedures Management
• Monitor the use of private funds and mission volumes and the network Prepare/participate in private fund commissions the delegation of funds to the ACF network Monitor dedicated funds and reserve funds - Participate in the approval and closing of accounts and
• ensure financial transparency Contribute to the work of accounting orders and closings
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements for the annual financial report
• Carry out the financial analysis of strategic projects

YOUR PROFILE

• With training in finance and/or management control, you have at least 2 years of professional experience.
• You ideally have professional experience in an NGO and/or an associative environment
• You master the analysis and processing of accounting and financial data
• You master the budgetary monitoring of a donor contract tax issues (classification of expenses: lucrative or non-profit financing) )
• You master the advanced functions of Excel
• You are a good listener and you know how to adapt your communication style with your interlocutors
• You are autonomous and know how to take initiative in your work

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Status: Integrated Manager - 8-month fixed-term contract - Full-time
• Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
• Salary Conditions: - From 40K to 51KEUR gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
• 21 days of RTT
• Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
• Transport: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace
• Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8EUR

Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events
Special conditions and skills: Prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts
