Then this position of Reception and Human Resources Manager [M/F] within our structure is ideal for you!

The French Red Cross EHPAD “Les Marronniers de Rouillac” is a private associative establishment with 47 permanent and temporary accommodation places, welcoming elderly people losing their autonomy. It is located in the town center of Rouillac close to the town center shops.

With a workforce of 32 employees, a multidisciplinary team (caregivers, administrative and technical staff) provides accommodation, support and care for the people welcomed.

The establishment maintains numerous partnerships with local stakeholders and has the desire to make the EHPAD a real place to live.

The EHPAD Les Marronniers also has an experimental system of reinforced support at home for people living near the EHPAD.

A structure on a human scale, the values of humanism and a culture of well-treatment inspire the daily support of vulnerable people as well as work relationships.

A project to reconstruct a new establishment is underway and should see the light of day in 2026 in the immediate vicinity of the current site, in the town of Rouillac

1st level response to HR questions from EHPAD employees

Telephone and physical reception (employees, families, partners, suppliers)

Mail processing

• Management of personnel administration and payroll:
• Establish and monitor contracts, DPAE
• Monitor trial periods, absences, hiring, departures, sick leave, etc.
• Collect variable payroll elements, collect and transmit elements allowing the establishment of balances for any account
• Ensure follow-up of medical examinations and occupational health recommendations (disabilities, restrictions, job adjustments, etc.)
• Report work accidents
• Ensure the monitoring of residence permits
• Ensure the updating of the personnel register
• Complete dashboards relating to the HR function
• Updating mandatory displays and control

Recruitment:

• Writing in conjunction with the N+1 of advertisements and dissemination in accordance with the French Red Cross process Carry out a pre-selection and propose applications Plan
• recruitment interviews for candidates in conjunction with Management and the IDEC and possibly attend them.
• Writing interview reports if participation in the interview
• Participate in the development of a remuneration proposal in compliance with conventional provisions

Management of the skills development plan (PDC):

• Provide first-level information to employees on the various existing training systems.
• Collect training requests and develop the PDC budget.
• Participate in optimizing the use of training funds in conjunction with the sector's Employment Training Officer.
• Ensure the implementation of training and contracts with training organizations.
• Enter requests for support and reimbursement in connection with OPCO Santé on the Webservice
• Ensure administrative, logistical and financial monitoring of the plan and its budget

Legal:

• Participate in the development of a 1st level legal response
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of disciplinary files

HR development:

• Monitor the conformity of job descriptions for all employees, alert N+1 and participate in updates
• Participate in monthly HR committees in the territory.
• Participate in the integration process and guarantee its completion

Internal mobility: Support the employee's mobility journey in conjunction with the Territorial HR Referent and the Director

Social dialogue:

• Monitoring and consolidation of delegation hours
• Participate and ensure the smooth running of professional elections

Health, safety at work / Quality of work:

• Participate in the development and updating of the single document and possibly its action plan
• Know and inform about existing support systems
• Alert and monitor risky situations
• Participate in prevention actions

Practical information related to the position

Full time - 35 hours Monday to Friday

Holder of at least a Bac + 2 in Human Resources, with a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position in the medical-social sector,

Rigorous and organized, you have solid knowledge in administrative management of human resources and labor law. Able to manage priorities, you know how to demonstrate initiative and discretion in your professional activity.

With good listening skills and the ability to work in a team, you are sensitive to community activity and have a keen sense of service and welcome.

You enjoy administration and have mastered IT tools (office pack, Gmail, GTA tool, etc.)
