Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with intacs Consortium partner organisations in the coordination of activities, sharing information and good practices
• Lead the drafting process of joint project proposal and support intacs Consortium partner organisations in developing joint proposals for project activities, project logical matrix, budget and other necessary project documents
• Support intacs Consortium partner organisations in developing reports and financial and narrative accounts
• Support INTAC consortium partner organisations in implementing common procedures if applicable
• Maintain regular contacts with intacs Consortium partner organisations, establish contacts with new organisations, create and deepen partnerships with ngos
• Supervise compliance with the terms of agreements, implementation of project activities in accordance with the project logical matrix and schedule
• Assessment of potential new partners joining the consortium,
• Liaise with external stakeholders on Consortium related issues
• Information flow management
• Support the preparation and implementation of new procedures and necessary standards
• Closely cooperate with CARE for the handover of intacs Consortium: consulting, shadowing, learning
• Performing other tasks as required by the superior

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in NGO sector, including project managing
• 2 years of experience in humanitarian sector
• Gained experience in coordinating a Consortium will be an asset
• Strong communication, networking and coordination skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Polish (C1)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in humanitarian or development field
