SPONSORSHIP AND PHILANTHROPY MANAGER (M/F - CDI)

YOUR MISSION

Under the direct responsibility of the Managing Director / Director of Private Resources and Communication, the Sponsorship and Philanthropy Manager of Asmae seeks private funding, in particular through corporate sponsorship, retains and consolidates existing partnerships, contributes to the administrative and financial management and budget monitoring of projects developed with partners supporting the association.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Define and implement the development strategy vis-à-vis the private sector (companies, foundations, international private donors, etc.) and the philanthropy sector (private equity, family offices, etc.), the action plan and the objectives private fundraising.
• Define and implement a strategy for prospecting, retaining and upgrading partners. Manage relationships with partners, lead the support committee, generate a sustainable relationship cycle. Promote the mobilization of partners around partnership offers (with a view to CSR and mobilization of employees) and Asmae projects and participate in the animation of external or internal events: awareness sessions on human rights the child (Yalla Project!) in co-facilitation with the team in charge of the project, events with the members of the support committee, etc.
• Identify, analyze and qualify corporate sponsors and philanthropic foundations (environment, eligibility, sponsorship policy, key figures, decision-making contacts) to be prospected: develop partnership axes and offers/arguments adapted to the different targets.
• Designing funding projects, creating content and building campaigns, proposing innovative funding mechanisms and models, formalizing partnership approaches adapted to projects, designing and writing communication media, organizing and hosting public relations events.
• Manage partnerships: follow-up of grant applications, agreements and reciprocal commitments, production of balance sheets and activity and financial reports by collecting data from contacts based at headquarters and in the field, administrative, legal and budgetary management.
• Ensure the monitoring of calls for projects from private partners, in France and abroad, in connection with the intervention themes of the association.
• Develop major donors by capillary approach and direct approach in direct collaboration and synergy with the head of general public fundraising.
• Ensure that effective and positive collaboration is maintained with internal players: managers of the social mission in France and abroad, fundraising, communication, accounting/finance functions, board members, support committee.
• Ensure a strategic and current watch, to be up to date with players and trends in the sponsorship/philanthropy sector and update the action plan accordingly.
• Obtain any prizes/awards promoting the visibility of our action in the networks of sponsors.
• Analyze and report the results of the monitoring indicators, establish the annual report of its activity.
REQUIRED PROFILE

Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position within an NGO, a sponsorship service or business development.

Field experience in an international solidarity NGO appreciated.
Higher education: business school, IEP, university course focused on sponsorship and/or international solidarity.

JOB CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

Contract: CDI

Status: executive

Working time: day package (218 days per year) / full time

Start date: as soon as possible

Remuneration: €43,000 to €47,000 gross per year over 12 months

Place of work: position based in Montreuil (93) / telecommuting possible up to 3 days / week

Mutual fund 70% covered by Asmae, restaurant vouchers with a face value of €9, 60% of which is covered by Asmae, Sustainable Mobility Package.
