JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB GRADE: Assistant Manager Level I
DOMAIN: Technical
REPORTING TO: Program Manager
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time Contractual
PROGRAM: TB Program
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E Framework, monitoring the program activities regularly, developing and maintaining the MIS of the Program, collecting and analyzing different data in relation to the program activities, and assisting in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual donor reports. S/he will also monitor and ensure high-quality and timely data inputs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation processes.
• Monitor all program activities and progress toward achieving the program outputs via field visits, spot checks, and quality control assessments.
• Develop an efficient data entry, management system, and oversight for real-time data entry and monitoring field progress.
• Develop and train staff in collaboration with the core project team on data entry and management.
• Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.
• Provide regular weekly/monthly/quarterly feedback and update reports to the Program Lead and Program Manager on activities and outputs.
• Suggest strategies to the line manager for improving program efficiency and effectiveness by identifying bottlenecks in achieving objectives and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such challenges.
• Develop an internal monitoring and performance management system to ensure all project-related outcome indicators are met and accounted for.
• Provide inputs, information, and statistics for monthly/quarterly and other reports.
• Assist the line manager in preparing reports on the findings and lessons learned from different arms of the program and innovations.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of donor-related project management and performance tracking system and liaise with external M&E personnel to coordinate reporting, support and feedback as and when required.
• Assist the line manager with data analysis and dashboard development to monitor progress and target intervention.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification
• Bachelors in Public Health or any relevant discipline
