Presentation of the Exclusion Pole 92

Within the "Fight against Exclusion" sector in Ile-de-France, the Hauts-de-Seine Exclusion Center is made up of:

• mobile teams that provide outreach and support for people on the street in very precarious situations. Their roles are articulated:

• during the day, around a medico-psycho-social action provided by a multidisciplinary team (nurse, social workers and marauder) who work to find solutions adapted to each situation, being a relay to the competent institutions under common law, to reception and accommodation structures, to external partners (hospitals, CMP, social services, etc.)

• At night, around a social action provided by marauders, who go to meet the poor, either at the request of 115 or by carrying out marauding on 92. Their missions consist in creating or recreating links with people in great precariousness, make an assessment of the situation of the person met, offer food aid, etc...

• an accommodation and stabilization center with a capacity of 25 isolated men. This device allows these people in precariousness to settle down, recharge their batteries and (re)build an integration project;

• a day reception that can accommodate up to 15 people at the same time (men and women). This system makes it possible to provide individualized reception, to help people to re-establish social ties, to work on an integration project in conjunction with a social worker;

• an Alternative University Hospital to the Hotel (ALTHO) to accommodate families in scattered apartments. The objective is to offer families an environment that recreates proximity and inclusion in a social fabric on the scale of a small town and will thus make it possible to include the action in a positive and non-stigmatising dynamic;

• a night shelter that can accommodate 8 single men

• a 120-place university hospital for homeless people wandering in the Paris metro. The French Red Cross has been mandated by the IDF Regional Council to implement the reception, accommodation and social support for this public;

• but also winter university hospitals.
