ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

IFC is seeking to recruit a Short-Term-Consultant (STC) for the role as on-site Digital Financial Services (DFS) Project Manager in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

The DFS Project Manager implements the DFS project together with the client. The DFS Project Manager is therefore expected to spend a significant amount of time on-site. The selected STC will work in close collaboration with various IFC Specialist, such as the Electronic Payments Specialist, who will provide technical assistance (both on and off-site) in the aforementioned areas.

The DFS Project Manager has experience in project management or in implementing DFS solutions in developing markets.
