New York, Sept 11 (JEN) A new United Nations General Assembly resolution on debt restructuring that will set up a multilateral legal framework for debtor countries to emerge from debt safely was welcomed on Wednesday by the UN rights expert on the issue as a way forward to “fill the current legal voice and reduce uncertainty.” more
