The Africa hub's programs focus on emergencies and crises, sexual and reproductive health rights, and risk reduction (drug use and sex work). The center team includes a center manager, four desk managers, two support people, three health advisors and three secretaries.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Under the joint supervision of two desk managers, your mission is to provide support to the operational teams of a portfolio of countries in the management and monitoring of programs and financing contracts as well as in the implementation of activities. transversals of the pole.

Your main responsibilities are:

Strategy, monitoring and exploratory missions

Support desk managers in monitoring and contextual analyzes as well as in the preparation of new exploratory missions
Contribute to the review of portfolio country strategies and the development of program strategies
Support for project management

• Ensure a functional link with grant managers in the field, establish deadlines with the teams and ensure their follow-up
• Facilitate the processes of finalization and submission of different project documents
• Ensure the interface between members of the MdM network and field teams for any questions relating to financing contracts or project proposals
• Participate in the rereading of various contracts and partnership agreements, support the intern in the validation and signature process
• Analyze, consolidate and disseminate information concerning the essential points of the rules and procedures of lessor contracts
• Support desk managers in the development of financing strategies and in fundraising searches
• Participate in the recruitment of grant managers and people responsible for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning
• Support field teams in defining their monitoring system as well as in setting up surveys, studies and evaluations
• Write and distribute the minutes of the various meetings
• Participate in briefings of field and headquarters teams of portfolio missions
• Launch translations of documents when necessary and ensure their distribution in the field

• Mentor the center's intern in carrying out their missions (in pairs with the other person responsible for support)
• Conduct an internship review (mid-term and at the end)
• Recruit a new intern when the time comes.

• Gross monthly salary of 2,822 euros

REQUIRED PROFILE :
