• Participate in the development of communication/advocacy multimedia campaigns;
• Post and develop Forus’ social media channels to raise online profile and digital engagement
• Produce videos, short documentaries and podcasts
• Assist in proposing and finding new potential partners (activists, grassroots movements, other CSOs networks).
• Assist in the development of media partnerships by proposing and writing articles, contacting potential interviewees and editors;
• Website updates, technical (page creation and updates, SEO improvements), editorial (development of articles and content);
• Quarterly newsletter editorial support via MailChimp (article suggestions, translation, news monitoring);
• Assist in the organisation of communication workshops and peer-to-peer learning via the ComsForUs working group;
• Assist in the organisation of contacts and lists (via Springly and MailChimp);
• Contribute to Forus Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning agenda and support the strategic and organizational development of Forus in line with member needs and demands;
• Translate Forus texts, articles and statements (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese);
Profile:
• Skills requirement:
• Post-graduate diploma in Communications (Master’s in Communications or university degree in Communications or Business School Studies).
• Interest in international affairs and the NGO sector.
• At least 2 years experience in:
1. Website and content management (including SEO optimization, Google Search Console and Google Analytics)
2. Social media management (excellent knowledge of social media engagement strategies and campaigns)
3. Writing, researching, and interviewing (experience as a journalist a plus)
4. Video and multimedia production (editing, filming, podcast production)
5. Press relations (writing press releases/press kits/circulating press releases) & strategic partnerships
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva
• Outstanding language skills: Spanish, French and English: must be fluent

Contract conditions:
• Part time: 24 hours/week
• Salary: dependent on experience
• Fixed-term contract: 6 months, starting in October 2022
• Location: Paris, remote working possible
• Other benefits: 50% transport; EUR8 daily meal voucher of which 60% is paid by Forus
