Production of monthly and quarterly reports analysing data against key performance indicators on the social impact of partnered farmer
Serving as the direct contact point between community trainers and partnered farmers and Turaco Valley
Foods, conducting routine follow ups with farmers to share technical information, distribute agri-inputs and give their feedback to Turaco management.
Conducting administrative tasks with community trainers of trainees (ToTs, ensuring their facilitation is being provided on time and they are competent in conducting data collection surveys and disseminating technical information as instructed by Turaco’s agronomist.
Contributing to regular market assessments to support the procurement and sales teams
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Experience/Qualifications:
5+ years in data collection and analysis, with preference on projects working with smallholder farmers
Preferably a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, agronomy, agro climatology, or other disciplines directly relevant to socio-economic data collection and processing
Excellent planning and organisational skills are required.
Strong data management skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Knowledge of agroecology and regenerative farming practices
Proficiency in Microsoft office and excel and in google workspace applications (google sheets, docs and gmail)
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to ride a motorbike and holding a clean driving licence
