• Creation of well-structured student workbooks, teaching guides, quizzes, worksheets per subject for each grade level.
• Participate in activities involving curriculum mapping and creation of the English and Urdu curriculum to relevant standards.
• Design, creation, curation of video content relevant to subject-specific pedagogy and program implementation for teachers and head teachers.
• Assist in preparation of subject-specific content and materials to conduct large training sessions for teachers, master trainers, and mentors. These include editing training manuals, PowerPoint presentations and other administrative support.
• Contribute to training by coordinating logistics, communication, and materials preparation.
• Collaborate with CERP’s Labs team to support digitization of teaching learning materials, training materials, lesson plans and assessments and integrating them into the Teacher Support Technology Tool.
• Some travel to the selected schools in Islamabad
• Follow CERP procedures (project, financial and risk reporting) to ensure compliance with all systems and standards.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager
Entry Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in content development in the education or development sector, particularly in Pakistan.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Comfortable with translation (from English to Urdu) for teaching or explaining concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of latest apps, tools, platforms for instructional design such as Canva and experience of using them.
