Main Responsibilities :
• The ICT Manager participates in the development of institutional and departmental strategies and policies and ensures the implementation of the latter in the activities of his sector. He brings his functional knowledge of activities to the development and implementation of solution processes and best practices.
• He/she is responsible for all business applications (head office and global solutions) and their development. He/she formalises, consolidates, develops and promotes the general cartography of the information system at the application and reference data level.
• He/she ensures the proper management of application development or evolution projects
• I.ellel ensures proper appropriation by the business referents of the solutions put in place (separation of responsibilities). He/she is in charge of validating the specifications, is responsible for supervising the production and dissemination of documentation.
• He/she is responsible for managing infrastructure/hosting, security and IT risks, IT support.
• He/she ensures that a service relationship is defined with the organization and monitors the level of service through indicators and dashboards.
• He/she draws up the operating budget for his/her sector, has it validated and regularly monitors its consumption: he/she is responsible for compliance with the methodology, keeping the budget and respecting the schedules (from the evaluation to that of implementation),
• He/she supervises the employees under his/her responsibility, from recruitment to the end of the collaboration relationship. He.she oversees good management practices that respect Tdh's values and ensures the development of these both in terms of technical and social skills. to the activities of his team and sets up training courses if necessary.
• Within the scope of his/her responsibilities, he/she represents his/her sector within the Foundation and during contacts with various networks or external bodies

Profile sought :
Engineering degree or higher in the field of information systems

Languages : Fluent in French and English
Conditions offered :
Remuneration : Between 7800 CHF and 8500 gross/month - depending on experience - x13.36 months
Leave : 25 days/year
