• Specification of needs and application development (redesign or creation)
• Functional maintenance (daily support and bug fixes, version update)
• Training of key users (basic and continuous training)
• Maintenance and creation of technical and functional documentation (best practices and procedures, management rules and functional logic)
• Overall framework for data management (consolidation, quality, backup and security)
B – Reporting
• Maintenance and continuous optimization of the reporting system (upgrade, correction, adjustment of calculations and indicators, bug fixes)
• Update of data sources (manual or automatic update, automation)
• Creation and redesign of reports with PowerBi (including data integration)
C - Project management
• Planning of tasks and coordination of the project team accordingly. Contribution to costing
• Coordination of stakeholders both internal (customers and solution providers) and external (service providers, consultants, software publishers)
• Regular communication and use of internal project management tools (beesbusy)
Profile :
• Education: Graduate of a business school, engineering school or university
• Languages: fluent French and English
• Desired experiences: First significant experience of at least 2 years as an application manager, business analyst or similar role
• Mastery of accounting processes and tools, knowledge of ABACUS and SAGA is a plus
• Ability to conceptualize business objects
• Mastery of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBi, Tableau, Qlik, ...)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good level analytical skills (ability to train, support, advise, control with the right tone), strength of proposal
• Ability to translate business needs into technical language
Salary :
Salary between 5,500 and 6,700 CHF gross x 13 depending on experience
