2. Recruit and deploy delegation members
3. Provide HR support the deployed team
4. Ensure protocols, workflows, and policies are implemented and followed.
• Lead the recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions at headquarters.
• Manage the Organizational Emotional Support Program
• Manage the organizational Health plan to all country offices
• Serve as the HRBP to all interns, providing guidance and support.
• Carry out HR admin duties, such as contract extensions, maintenance of BambooHR, and HR documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP, or equivalent HR position supporting employees and managers.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• English – mother tongue level
• Ability to work in unusual hours, supporting rapidly changed Emergency Missions’ needs.
• The position entails 3-4 short term deployments (2-3 weeks) to Emergency Missions on an annual basis
