• Develop the training and intervention schedule and budget: duration of the training, pace, locations, third-party contributors, progress, overall logistics, etc.
• Design and develop teaching methods (e-learning, sequences, design of exercises/scenarios, tools used, etc.) taking into account changes in the profession, learner feedback and the target audience.
• Mastering training engineering techniques to build training adapted to target audiences.
• If necessary, communicate with a selected external service provider on written content (script) and production monitoring
• As part of a training project for the programs, manage the sending of content and teaching materials for translation, the follow-up, reception and quality of the translated elements
2- Animation et communication
• Ensure training actions in compliance with safety rules for goods and people.
• Supervise and regulate face-to-face and remote group dynamics (analysis of practices, communities of practice, exchanges between peers),
• Provide training by adapting to its audience and follow-up on the workstation,
• Ensure the dissemination of content and communications to stakeholders (learners, managers, sponsors, etc.).
• Provide a structured content framework and use a wide range of animation techniques and teaching aids.
3- E-learnings
• Design and publish e-learning courses
• Upload the module and the educational sheet on the HI ACADEMY platform.
• Communicate on the provision of distance learning.
4- Monitoring and continuous improvement activities of the training system.
• Ensure the organization of the follow-up of the people trained (action plans, manager exchanges, hot and cold evaluation, etc.), and support post-training employees.
• Ensure the formalization of recommendations for the further development of the skills of these audiences.
• In coordination with the Finance business referent, assess the impacts of the training or skills development actions that have been designed (satisfaction, achievements, changes in practices).
• Animate the network of internal finance trainers: identify and mobilize business contributors. Establish a collaborative dynamic on training issues. Mobilize contributors on interventions (Backups or business expertise).
• Ensure a pedagogical and technical watch in its field of intervention.

PROFILREQUIS :
Higher education, such as a business school, master's degree in management/finance.
Fluent level of English, see bilingual. Fluency in Spanish would be a plus.

The position is located in Open Space, boxes are available for more calm if necessary and the workspace is very bright. The post is easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Parking is also available. Regarding the building, elevators and access ramps are in place.
