• Identify opportunities for collaboration between partners;
• Help companies implement their commitment to responsible sourcing practices, integrating environmental and social best practices throughout their supply chain;
• Monitor the progress of partners;
• Coordinate and animate working groups: in particular the working group of French distributors on imported soybeans, In this context, ensure that the members remain in phase with the vision and objectives of Earthworm, help the project teams to respect the work plan, encourage them to go further in their ambitions;
• Initiate advocacy actions with relevant stakeholders;
• Develop new partnerships;
• Encourage other European countries to develop similar initiatives in favor of responsible imported soy, through exchanges with stakeholders.
Your profile:
You are passionate about the environment and respect for nature and have a good knowledge of the business world. Ideally, you have experience in sustainable development project management. You have this ability to imagine new approaches and to question the organizations in place. Dynamic, curious and adaptable, you will be able to manage very diverse professional relationships. In addition, your vision of the subjects will allow you both to deepen existing partnerships and to develop new solutions, thus reinforcing our central role for the accountability of these raw materials.
