The attachments to the above course materials include pre-test, post-test, unit test, test key, extra questions, presentations, and presentation exercise need to be also consolidated and included in the graphically layout reports/documents.
D. Duties and Responsibilities
The consultant will support the PEER team in layouting and packaging of the course materials for each PEER country.
• Graphical layouting of all course books and their attachments in the template provided;
• Packaging final copies for printing and uploading on web;
• Packaging final copies in spiral and hard book binding formats;
• Design relevant infographics, tables in the inner pages as required;
• All the designed material should be in line with the ADPC style guide. The consultant should share design ideas, prepare sample options and make revisions in consultation with the team.
E. Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelors in Graphic Design, Arts, or related field
• Must have a wide understanding of Graphic Designing tools. Any certificate in HTML, Photoshop, CSS or Web Design will be an added advantage.
• Experience and working knowledge in designing various reports, books and knowledge products for digital and publishing purposes
• Familiar with the requirements of designing for websites, social media platforms, as well as print ready material
F. Reporting Relationships
In performing the duties and responsibilities indicated above, the Consultant will be supervised by the Program Coordinator under the overall guidance of the Senior Program Manager for PEER.

1 August 2021– 30 April 2022
