The project has just entered its final year of implementation. The CAP and M&E manager ensures the general coordination of the project and is more particularly involved in the management of the third component. He / she is in particular the focal point for strengthening Solthis' capacities in terms of monitoring and evaluation, through close support for teams and work on the transversal structuring of M&E within the organization. He / she is particularly involved in improving data management and training teams.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Director of Operations, the CAP and M&E manager:
Monitor the activities of the CAP Convention-Program and prepare for the closure of the program
• Coordinate the operational planning of the project
• Monitor the project by updating the action plan, preparing and facilitating bilateral points, monthly team meetings and quarterly reviews
• Ensures, in close collaboration with the administrative and financial department, the budgetary monitoring of the project and the respect of the financial and administrative commitments with AFD
• Communicate internally on the results and progress of the CAP through the dissemination of a bimonthly report and participation in internal communication activities
Improves M&E mechanisms for Solthis projects
• Contributes to setting up projects on M&E components (logical framework, M&E device mapping, narrative, M&E budgeting)
• Supports the deployment of M&E systems and tools in all Solthis projects with country missions and in close collaboration with the Operations Department and the Technical Department
• Coordinates, with the steering committee, the monitoring of the development and deployment service of a data management solution relating to the capacity building of Solthis partners
• Leads the M&E working group, in particular through the organization of quarterly webinars

REQUIRED PROFILE
Initial training : You hold a bac +4/5 level diploma in a relevant field (social sciences, political sciences, development, monitoring and evaluation) or are a graduate of a business school, bioforce (...)
Experience : You can imperatively justify an experience of at least 3 years in monitoring and evaluation of international solidarity project.
You have experience in project management and team coordination. You have already supported the development and implementation of M&E systems as well as methodologies and tools for collecting, processing, analyzing and interpreting data.
Qualities & Skills : You communicate in French and English with ease both orally and in writing and are recognized for your listening and your diplomacy. You benefit from excellent interpersonal skills. You are autonomous and you have writing and synthesis skills.
Others : You master the office pack and you know ICT4E-D and mobile collection solutions (eg ODK, KoBo, CommCare).
REMUNERATION
Salary: Between 3180 and 3433 euros gross monthly
