Herat: Suspected Taliban terrorists have abducted 11 workers at the Pashdan Dam in Karokh district of Afghanistan's Herat region on Sunday, media reports said.
The workers were abducted in Karokh while they were busy at work, Wakil Ahmad Karokhi, a provincial council member, told Tolo News, adding that “four were released but seven remain in Taliban custody.”
The Taliban did not comment on the issue so far.
The dam is located in Karokh region.
