State of Health Bangladesh registers 42 new COVID-19 deaths

Dhaka: In the past 24 hours, Bangladesh recorded 42 more COVID-19 related deaths, media reports said.
The death toll due to the disease now stands at 4,248.
The country also logged more than 310,000 coronavirus cases with 1,897 people having tested positive over the same period,reports Dhaka Tribune.
Of the 42 deceased, including 35 men, 18 were from Dhaka division, eight from Chittagong, seven from Khulna, five from Rangpur, three from Rajshahi, and one from Mymensingh division, reports the newspaper.
